Hey HalloweenForum.com,

I'm out of ideas so I thought I'd visit the forum in an effort to seek ideas or thoughts. A member of our crew took pictures of the visitors from this past Halloween and I would love to upload them to a public album/Facebook so others can view them. The thing that's keeping me from doing so is I wish to clean the pictures up with a digital frame.

I wanted to use something like this but you can only use this option if you're wanting to print the photo.

Would anyone have any idea where I could go online to create a nice album with such photo effects?
