Does anyone know where to buy these year round? I'm trying to find these, but having no luck. I too loaded up on these after Halloween and want some more.

I bought some Walgreen's skulls. put a big bolt through them, poured fiberglass around the bolt and mounted them on the front fenders of my Spookmobile. I glued a long brown haired wig on one and it flaps and tangles nicely in the breeze going down the road!
Maybe tomorrow I will get a picture posted here of it. (Been meaning to do that for awhile now anyway)
I have two big, long arms that come down on top of the skulls to control them at speed. I also have a very heavy, thick log chain to hold those arms down that hooks under the upper lip of the big Shark mouth that is where the grill would otherwise be.
