I built the Asylum door and purchase video from hi-rez, dtmf from pimpmyprop and got all the valves from monster guts. Everything is installed. When I manually push the buttons on the valves it fires the axe heads fine. When I hook the video to the dtmf I can see the lights illuminating when they should and can hear the valves fire but the axe heads never move. Any clue?
