So I cant sleep and stepped outside for a smoke while looking over my cemetery I see a rat that shouldnt be where it was so I went to move it. I got about 3 feet from it and started to bend down to pick it up and.................. It got up and ran off zig zagging through my haunt scarring the daylights out of me I thought it was one of my fake rats lol

That shows how great your set up is if even living rats think they should be there. We are bummed because our pet rats recently died after living a long spoiled life. In the past my husband has had them on him when TOT come up to get candy. They always thought they were fake until a rat moved.

LOL well im kinda hoping for the opposite effect here. All my friends know i have pet rats , but im moving them to my bedroom at the party night. Only i got a fab rat from my reaper wich is going on the floor in the room where they have to put their coats.. :P

Now that is just to funny...... I bet for a few you thought your haunt was coming alive

funny story. before I switched to totes to store my halloween supplies I used regular cardboard boxes and my son opened a box and a mouse jumped on him and ran away. freaked us both out. we laugh now about it.
