Well here's a new one, would you believe that after putting out my two tall crypts made of foam a woodpecker has decided he would try and make a home in them by pecking away at the foam. I now cover them during the day to try and keep him away. He has already put a hole in both. Any suggestions as to what to do besides blowing him away. Picture is attached, the hole is about 2 inches across. I can repair the holes just need to get rid of the bugger.![]()

Depending on what species it is it might be endangered and thus illegal to shoot. Stupid things always wake me up in the morning when they decide to try to make a hole in the neighbor's aluminum patio screen frame. Maybe you could get a plastic owl or hawk and put it in your graveyard. Owl would even fit the Halloween theme!

Hauntcast had the same problem with his obelisk. Here's a link to the repair work he did. I'd ask him if it's worked for him, if it does, you could repair it and the woodpeckers will be out of luck with making hidey holes in your props.
