Worked for me. Links to a pdf. Might be slow opening or you might have trouble with file associations.

It is still loading fine for me. I deleted my browser history and all cookies. It takes about 20 seconds to open up. It is copyrighted, so I can't cut and paste the info. Hopefully it will fork for some of you.
