Although they keep changing the forcast, still looks like rain either way.

Ours has changed at least 4 times in the last few days. At this point it looks like it's going to be partly cloudy and a high of only 46. Chiloly bit if there';s no wind and no rain, I'll be fine. Cold air makes the fog lay low. Sunday and Tuesday also look dry so the 31st is sandwiched between two potentially nice days. I'll pay more attention next week at this time.

Yeah, I was just checking this morning as well. Its gonna be chilly, but as long as its not raining Ill be happy.

Weather forecast changed yet again for us...now we have a 60% chance of rain..oh goody..at least it will change about 7 more times before the 31st..lol

Right now, it looks like it may be clear for Halloweekend here in PA!
Of course, they've been known to mess up forecasts for only the next day. BUT, it looks like there will be some heavy rain mid- to late-week. To me, this means that the odds are better for a dry Halloween! It's going to be cold, though - I know that...

It's looking decent for Trick-or-Treat here. A high of 61 and overnight low of 41. The 11 MPH winds during the day could be a pain, but the wind should drop to 3 MPH after dark. There is a 10% chance of rain.
We have one more front pushing through with wind and rain Tuesday and Wednesday. Set-up could slowly begin as early as Thursday.
