Alrighty, I spent the day working on our garage haunt - moving, upacking, putting regular items away or in the shed, erecting walls, preparing props, etc.
And now at the end of the day...oooowwww! I'm in pretty good condition, either exercisng or swimming every day, but boy do I feel it tonight! One knee especially, was hurting like a sunuffagun from all of the crouching, kneeling up-and-down, etc.
    Tylenol is my friend!

I pop about 4-6 aleve and extra strength excedrin every day. Now I'm hitting the oxycodone. And I'm only a month away from turning 44!

Excedrin Back & Body is my best friend.

LOL! boy can I relate!! had 2 weekends in a row of setting up, packing up, doing it all over, now unloading at home to set up at home, and my knees haven't been the same since I started! and I feel I am weaker, I have RA so it is hard to do things I want with my hands some times,,,, but Motrin and Excedrin are my drugs of choice,,, take them frequently,,,, and I also am so tired afterwards,,,, sleep like a rock,,
I have flying monkeys- and I'm not afraid to use them!

Yep, with 'ya there too. Last year, brought up stuff as I was setting up and my legs were killing me by the big night. I had brought each prop up from the basement, climbed up the step stool and hooked up the wires: repeated for all the props (8). Then brought up a panel from the basement, climbed up a step stool to hook up to the ceiling hooks: repeated for all 30 panels. UGH!

Now, all the panels are in the dining room already. heh. Learned to bring the stuff up in stages so I can recover. Hate getting old. You mentally want to do it all - the body doesn't!
