    Hey Jollygorilla I believe those are made of a matted plastic material. They are not fabric from what I have seen and I dont have the exact name for them. I have researched them some in the past and thats the best description I can come up with.

    They're called plastic popcorn decorations (melted is optional, but they are melted).

    I have 2 of those pumpkins, one is on our attic door the other on the back door. I also have a snowman for Christmas. Plastic popcorn is the right term though I'm not sure why, it's not very popcorn-like IMHO.

    have not seen those in years,,, I didn't know what they were called, remember the bead things, melted,,,, I never made any but do remember them,, very cool!
