I guess I am posting this in hopes of finding comfort from others that are behind just like me.
I still have not put anything outside yet and I'm going a little crazy. Most of the prop work and prep is done, but nothing has been moved outside. Every time I visit the forum, the countdown to the big day keeps surprising me! Only 20 days left!
So who else has not even started on their outdoor setup or is behind schedule?

Count me in, but this year I am not setting up anything outside! (sort of)
I am just going to work on lighting and sounds this year. I will be in a ghillie suit as my only "prop." Keeping it simple for the first time in forever...

I haven't started outside and barely inside! Partly because it's been so warm here that I will probably need to weed the garden and mow the lawn again before Halloween and it's problematic to do so once I get the webbing and everything put up.

Will be out of town this weekend, attending a family wedding, so nothing's getting set up until we're back and I can keep a watchful eye on my stuff.

I haven't, I'm not doing anything big this year so I'm in no rush. Also waiting to see the long-term forcast for the last 2 weeks of the month.

I haven't, but I plan on getting it up this week. It's usually up around the 15th.

I have only put out a witch prop on our foyer roof. The fence and columns are ready to go as are a few cheap tombstones but I'll wait until next week. I could have them up by now but normally set them up a couple weeks before. If they are up too long, I get tired of them, (I know! BLASPHEMEY!!). I also add a little at a time so there is a building suspense. Weather is also a factor. I've actually been busy with several other projectsthat I now have completed so next week I can focus on the start of the yard decor.
