The owner wasn't worried about the shotgun because he was busy with the chainsaw in the Texas Chainsaw Masacre Haunt and his 8 Year old triplets were busy sharpening Jason's, Michaels, and Freddy's accessories.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.
