Might be part of a lamp.....saw it out front of a house down the street....passed by it a couple of times - Brass, finial looking, 2 individual pieces....last trip out today, made my husband grab it just in case I could use it SOMEWHERE!!

And I still regret not grabbing the kiddie bouncy-horsie off the curb when I saw it...

Always on the lookout now.....
