I have finally upgraded to a Digital Video Recorder aka a DVR 4 camera system for the haunt. I have to say I love just sitting inside and viewing all the people that stop and check out the display. I had a vhs and black and white camera system for sometime and it was very old school and a pain. I love the new system as I can view it from any computer system, my TV or an Iphone and get a live feed of what happening at my home. I also never have to load a tape

As the big day approaches who else has upgraded or what measures do you take to protect your haunt?

I think the cameras are actually enjoyable just to watch all the happiness on peoples faces as they come check out the yard. Theft can happen and yes the cameras will catch it but they also catch alot of good moments you would otherwise miss while at work or away.

What system did you get. What features does it have and was it difficult to set up? What does it require to set up?

I want to know too, does it have audio?

I put video cams in my haunt just to see the reactions when things jump out at you. I'd love to have just one system instead of multiple VCR boxes.
