Just waiting on tomorrow morning so I can start setting up. Graveyard, spiders, and webbing will go up tomorrow and everything else will be added a little at a time throughout the month. It's hard to hold back, but I like keeping the neighborhood wondering right up to the last minute.

Set up is always later in Oct because of the winds, but I'm done with shows on Sunday until after 10/31 so I can go into prop making overdrive.

All the major props and things on the to do list are done and ready to go. I'll start setting up on Monday with the cemetery fence.

i start every year at midnight... with first prop,,, then keep building thru the month of october...
(neigbor kids call my house Harry Potters house) cause all month it get scarier and scarier,, then on the first of nov..... poof its gone when they wake
