    Hey,

I just recently purchased pieces to make a really good Faun/Goat costume to be the center of my yard display (with me in it). Thus I was planning on making my whole theme a fantasy/woodland/haunted forest/pagan theme. It will be starting off fairly basic this year although hopefully as the years progress I can add onto it! (Staying with the same theme from that original costume of course!)

I was just wondering if anyone else did anything similar in terms of basing their display off of one particular costume?

Would love to hear about them and possibly see some pictures!

P.S. If anyone is interested my debut novel Wolf Guard Encroaching Dark is almost ready for print distribution and is already available as an ebook from Amazon.com and Smashwords.com!
(It is a fantasy novel about a demon Vampire and his Troll armies trying to destroy the world of the Druids although they are challenged by a young wolf shapeshifter known as the Wolf Guard)

I bought a Uzzath mask from Halloween Asylum in March 2010. It was the reason my garage became an underworld last year. Uzzath will be joined this year by two more demons. All of the demons now have their own tombstones in the cemetary as well.

Usually our costumes are chosen based on the theme, but since we're not doing our scavenger hunt this year, we decided to do it this way.....Came up with the idea to put a creepy, Gothic spin on Alice and the Mad Hatter...planned the costumes, and now working on all the props and decorations for an Alice in the Underland theme....

I knew this year's theme would be "Four Funerals and a Wedding" but that was as far as I'd gotten when I spotted this black widow costume on clearance. That dress kicked the whole concept up several notches, including the essential (and in my mind, oddly funny) notion that the funerals are for her previous husbands.
