For anyone wanting to buy pink styrofoam in bulk, Menards bundles up pallets, (about 25-30 4'x8' sheets, varying thickness) of damaged styrofoam and sells the pallets for $20.00. I've bought pallets from them in the past and you get a lot of styrofoam for very little money! Plus, the damaged pieces give your projects an already distressed look.

The sheets laid flat stack up about 3 1/2 feet high, but as long as you can fit a 4ftx8ft sheet in your truck, you should be fine. I've had to drive home with the back of my van open with the pallets.

Wow- thanks for the info! I am in charge of making a demented factory this year. Styrofoam is exactly what I need. Menards- here I come!
