There was a black like that I bought at Spirit Halloween something like 5 years or so ago.

It was a black light that had a variable strobe. It was a true black light that you could make it pulse/flash.

This effect was AWESOME! Has anybody seen anything like this recently anywhere? I do still have one but would like to get more.'

They have blacklight LED strobes at Big Lots, 7 bucks apiece, reasonable price I think. Very useful for illuminating small signs with fluorescent and luminescent colors...

Target has them too. They even have a black light spot light for outdoor use. I think the ones I've seen have all been under $10.

Cool. That looks cool, may be a little different. The one reason why the old one has a really cool effect is that it is a florescent tube that is always lit at least a little. Even with the strobe it fades in and out instead of on/off.

    Might just work though! Thanks.
