As many of you know, several years ago I built a Pirate Ship facade out of plywood and stiffened fabric (see photo). It was based on the actual hull lines of the Dutch frigate Rotter Lowe. Well, a few weeks ago, I received an email requesting copies of my detailed plans as well as a few clarifications - all of which I gladly provided. The requester, a pro-haunter in Glenwood City, WI, wanted to build his own Pirate Ship and wished to use my plans as a guide. Yesterday, I found out that his is almost finished, and he promised to send me pics next week.
The haunt is called the "Town of Tormented Souls 2011: Pirate's Revenge". Check it out.
