Seeing that red "47 days left" on the countdown banner is pretty sobering!

Where is everyone at in terms of preparedness?
Are you ready? Nervous? Panicking? Will everything be done on time?

I think I'm good but I have to get my butt in gear over the next three weeks to finish up some stuff.
What about you all?

Got the inside all decorated. We just moved so the block doesn't know my obsession yet with decorating outside so I have to wait a few more weeks or until someone else decorates first.

I've started builds on some new props and I have been scouring the net for ideas and what other people are up too!
I should pull out some inside decoration!!!

Behind! Still need to make some purchases at Lowe's (lumber). Also WAITING for the closest Spirit Store to open.

Don't really have enough room to store things anymore so I can't build up a huge collection of stuff, so I need to decide how I'm going to do a minimalist yard while still keeping it creepy. Debating whether I want to corpse my skeleton or make a mummy.

I haven't even started yet and I have big plans this year again. so far behind its not funny!!!!

Latex everywhere! Not doing much of anything for myself, but i'm happy with getting to make mask's for people. This is great!
(but 47 days will be over in a flash).

Jdub, I don't think there has ever been a year when my ideas have not exceeded the available (or allotted) time. This year, however, may be the worst. Not so much procrastination, but more involvement in other things - then you remind me there's only 47 days left...whoa! If I have any hope (and I do) it's that having some experience building props, I should (repeat, should) be able to do more in less time. OK, how's that for whistling past the graveyard? Ha!

Chomping at the bit to start decorating. Unfortunately my hubby is not as excited as I am about Halloween so I at least wait till Oct 1st. Out annual party is the 15th so I am feeling a bit anxious to get started. Also, got roped into being the lead for the committee for the school fall festival, monster mash dance and now Haunted house. First time for everything so it needs to be built from ground up! Needless to say, I will have many sleepless nights ahead.

Still trying to decide to have a party, haven't really built a thing, need to get the hubby's Sam costume started, lots of things to do, but no motivation to do anything.

Work is crazy right now and I'm putting in 12-14 hour days and weekends so I'm exhausted and burnt out...
