Too busy to post pics...they look nice but not as fully Halloween crazy as I decorate. Puts me in the mood BIG TIME!
I still think it is too early for me to decorate outside, tho. The weather, vandals, stuff falling over 10,000 times a day, etc.
Cmon peeps, help me restrain myself!

I would just be ecstatic to have three other homes in my neighborhood decorate much. Regardless or how early they did it.

Well, I am happy...too happy. Ready to grab all my stuff and throw it all over my yard and porch and windows!

I just can't get my stuff out this early. If I get my stuff out in the yard now, I will be sick of it in 30 days. Sick of fighting the weather and gravity.
Seeing the other homes makes me want to go! go!go!, but the tiny part of my brain that is logical says hold on a few more weeks!

Yeah, I think it's too early but if they don't mind all their stuff getting destroyed before Halloween, who am I to say? Enjoy the view!

lol me and my wifey got so excited while driving down the road the other night cause one of our nighbors had orange light strands on his balcony!! I was like ohhh yea it's here!
I met this six-year-old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes... the devil's eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... evil

I know- one has a witch I have never seen before. She looks GOOOOOD. She is sitting down....hat and cape...super awesome. I just want my stuff to be festive and not like "oh there's that stuff again...been driving past it for 45 days now...looks like the grim reaper got his head blown off by that surprise thunderstorm yesterday."
It just makes my mouth water to see Halloween goodness and have to keep mine hidden. I am really happy people in my hood are thinking of Halloween like I am, tho!

It's tough but you can make it.
I agree with you, I'd get tired of the weather ruining things, having to reset or move things for mowing, & I'd just get tired of looking at it for 2 months. It wouldn't be as special.Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, the best damn little band you should be listening to!

Agreed!
Too early for me...but I will walk by her house everyday. And snoop about her witch!

hollow, you could just start with a couple things (you know just so you don't go insane) and then when it gets a little closer.
Then, BAM you hit'em with the whole thing! Go all out like I'm sure you usually do.
