    Agreed. If memory serves, two or three years ago Starbucks didn't offer it during the holiday season, and got so many inquiries and/or requests for it, that the company brought it back the following season.

    It must have been last year that they brought it back. I remember before that they had the "Signature Hot Chocolate," which was actually closer to what would be called " gourmet drinking chocolate," and was basically a liquid brownie. Gah. Too rich for me, but my husband loved it.

    I see this year they've also added to their menu a Salted Caramel Mocha, which I assume is basically the hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. Meh. I'm not a big enough fan of espresso to really need it. I'll stick to the SC Hot Chocolate by itself.

    I keep going to get a pumpkin spice latte but keep ending up with the salted caramel mocha! World Market has their pumpkin spice coffee out and it is pretty good as well.
