Hi folks I was just wondering if anyone else on this forum has a Halloween buying weakness? My Halloween buying weakness would be tabletop decor, I always seem to buy more and more every year. Yet, every year I tell my self "no more table top decor this year". This year alone I have already bought a potion bottle, animated skull, animated hand in jar, headless horseman statue and a talking bust. The problem is this is only September, still two months to spend on this area of Halloween decorating. Also have already several boxes filled with table top. Share your Halloween buying weakness, maybe we can help each other out![]()

Themed clothing.
Boxers with bats on them, glow-in-the-dark mummy tshirts, skeleton socks...

Candles and candle holders. I have buckets, jars, votives, floating candles, anything with Halloween type designs I love. I don't even know how many candleholders I have it's that bad. I love lighting candles and seeing cute little skulls or cats glowing, I really need to cut back.

The over priced novelty candy
Like last year I bought one of those little Blood Bag candies. I haven't opened it. Idk if I ever will I just like looking at it
Before I've also bought that sweet tart type candy thats shaped like bones and comes in a little coffin
I did eat that candy and I saved the little coffin. They make the coffin's differently now. its just a wood coffin, well plastic but looks like wood. When I was a kid I remember I had one and it was plastic but it was shaped like a fancy coffin. And it had hinges. It was so cool! The one I got now is cool, but it doesn't have hinges and is only wood so it doesn't compare to the original

Lighted Jack-O-Lanterns! Whenever I see them for cheap at a clearance sale, thrift store or yard sale, I pounce on them. I must have over 30 now.

Kitchen/dining items, especially salt and pepper shakers. I also love serving dishes and dinnerware. Of course this is a year round al occasion weakness, it's just enhanced by the Halloween season.
