Thread: Things you would have LOVED to receive while TOTing

I saw the Jones Soda's Halloween Edition at Target a few years ago, and thought I would have LOVED to get those while TOTing when I was a kid! Granted to hand out one to every TOTer could probably get expensive but the next time I'm home on a Halloween night (If they are still selling them) I will definitely save up to pass out a good amount of these little sodas to my TOTers.

I mean how awesome would that be? Not only is it soda, which all kids love. But they are decorated in Halloween style and the flavors are unique! And since most people just give out candy it would be a nice change. I also like when people hand out those little bags of chips, for a change of pace.

So within reason what other things would you have loved to receive as a TOTer; or even what things would you like to pass out, if you could afford it.

Oh, those are AWESOME! Where do you track those down? I'm looking forward to this thread. We used to give out small cans of pringles - which I would've loved as a kid, because I like the chips and I find the tubes kinda fun. But I don't know if they make them like that anymore.

I saw them at Target like 2 years ago. They didn't have them last year unfortunately. But I'm hoping they bring them back this year.

Little Pringles cans sound fun! Idk if they still make them like that. I know they have the 4 packs where they are in little plastic containers kinda like the pudding pack containers.

ive gotten those for my kids before but not necessarily to pass out to ToT. LOL

i loved full size candy bars. besides, soda cans can get heavy to a little one LOL

I gave those out to TOTers one year because I didn't like them lol. They are so gosh darn sweet they'll make your tongue shrivel!

The best things are not allowed anymore.

I know some people here do a cider booth. Would have loved that.

Miss the candied apples, popcorn balls, etc...old enough to have been on the tail end of that. "must be packaged" BS...

I would have loved to receive a home made popcorn ball! (sans razor blade of course) I missed the home made era completely I think. When I saw the ACT II popcorn balls at walmart while looking for treats for my nieces class one year I made sure she picked those cuz it seems so nostalgic even though I didn't experience it myself directly. I love the packaged popcorn balls but damn I bet the home made ones must have tasted way better. Home made always does. Like I've tasted that new packaged Puppy Chow from CHex mix and UGH it tastes like **** compared to the kind I make on my own at home.
