This would be my dream job, so I thought I would see if others would enjoy it as well.
You are a designer/planner for a large, successful amusement park company. Your task is to make recommendations for a new, permanent fright-themed amusement park that will be expected to compete with the Disney, Six Flags, and Busch Gardens parks. Your specific tasks are 1) suggest a name/theme for the new park, and 2) suggest themed lands (sections) for the park. Suggestions for the major rides/attractions are also welcome.

The name could be The Hollow.
Sections could be of course a Haunted Castle. Or mansion but to avoid copyright infringement we'll stick with castle.
Sleepy Hollow would be another town. The covered bridge, the haunted woods and little stores. All in the old style too.
If Universal is an investor (or maybe it can be a spinoff park) then the Universal Monsters would all be present and maybe they can all have rides named after them or based on them. The Gill man's ride could be underwater or could at least be in water.
Can't think of much else. but if more comes to me I'll post again.

I'd call it 'Gothique'. There would be a vampire's den, haunted theatre, castle (with dungeon, of course
), cemetery, enchanted woods, midnight garden (a spectral take on a greenhouse), voodoo island, and more.
Great thread
