I recently heard of Boo Grams and have been thinking about trying it out. It sounds like a fun way to get your neighborhood into the halloween spirit and show your neighbors that someone cares.
You are supposed to make up a goodie bag or basket with halloween treats and gifts and include a card with a boo gram poem or message. Then, without revealing who you are, leave it on a doorstep for someone to find or (even more fun) ring the doorbell and run!!
In the Boo Gram message you are to ask the recipient to pass this fun on to another neighbor or neighbors.
Has anyone tried this before or did you recieve a Boo Gram?
I really want to try this. I think it would be fun!!

I've received them at work and participated at work. It's a lot of fun. I have done it in our neighborhood a couple of times and I think it was well received but, since I didn't leave my name I don't know for sure. Made me feel good and that's all that mattered.

Yes, although I've heard of it as "being ghosted".
This used to work well in my neighborhood when our community was brand new and everyone in the community was excited to meet the new neighbors. Six years later...not so much.
The neighbors I talk to would run out of other neighbors to ghost (some whom are unfriendly). Good luck to you if you can pull it off though. It is a fun game!!Is it Halloween yet?

We were booed by our next door neighbors in our old house. It was so much fun, our neighborhood was very friendly and just about everyone on the block had kids. By the time it happened to us the whole neighborhood seemed to already have the papers on there doors saying they had already been booed. But we got some yummy home made cookies, candies, and even little Halloween toys. My kids loved it. Then we had to boo 3 other houses. I think that was there favorite part!
Knocking on the doors and running. But we had to move and our new neighborhood isnt that friendly.

Yes, our neighborhood does this every year! Most everyone participates. Someone sends out a boo gram with a seperate picture of a ghost to hang out front(so everyone knows you have been "booed".) We Boo 3 houses because our neighborhood is pretty big. It is usually sent out about 2-3 weeks before Halloween to be sure everyone in included.
Good luck
