I have an opportunity to purchase all the items in the picture (fence, zombies, gravestones, etc.) Okay, the girl is not included :-). I am told that there is about $200 of materials and $450 in props, including the time spent to build the fence, etc. What would you pay for all of these items?
Thank you,

I'd pay 100 bucks but that's just me. I find it hard to believe that there's 450 dollars worth of props there. But again, that's just me...lol.

I'd go $200 -/+... depending on up-close quality.

Meh. I see a few stones that I know retailed for under $15, a few spirit type props (that aren't bad, but still), and the fence and archway are okay, but they are not fancy or even really hard to make. The arch is something you can pick up at Big Lots for under $20.
I wouldn't offer more than $200 tops. Start at $100, work up if you're really interested.I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002

I'm with Jack, $100 maybe $150 depending on quality of the zombies.

I agree with the 150 mark. The life sized props look like they are worth 25 to 50 bucks a piece. Good luck!

Can I vote "none" as I'd prefer to make my own / do something even cooler.

I don't know where they shop, but it doesn't look like anywhere near $650 worth of goods there. PVC fencing is extremely cheap to make, as are foam tombstones. All that's left are the two standing zombies and it looks like two ground breakers. I would not pay more than $100 for all of it and only then if they are things you really wanted anyway.

Price is relative; what's your budget, how bad do you need/want the stuff and is it stuff you can't make on your own? I agree the tombstones are low end and cheap, as in dollar store items. The large props likely retailed for 3-400.00 as mentioned, based on what I remember seeing them at Spirit a few years back. Fence is inexpensive. I wouldn't go over $200.00 but start lower and go from there.

I would say $200 would be fair. I myself have the large 2-pc RIP cross tombstone that cost me over $100 on ebay years ago. The pvc fencing can run $9-$12 in materials each 6-8ft panel plus your time making them... I also had one of the life-size ground-breakers and that was about $79 if I can recall. It had been since thrown as it was ruined about 3 yrs ago due to excessive heat in my storage bay. I hate latex! I really do!
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..
