Thread: Had the dreaded dream

Argh I dreamt it was Halloween night and the Tots all turned up and I didn't have anything set up. I'd even forgotten to buy them sweets. I looked down the street and there was a woman with a megaphone telling them all to come to her decorated house instead..lol.

Hopefully this won't be a dream that ever comes true!

lol... at least you weren't in your underwear/naked like in so many of those dreams! ...or so I've heard

Oh no! I hate those dreams. I normally start having my 'anxiety' dreams at the end of August/beginning of September - the people will be turning up for the party and I won't have decorated, or made any food, or got my costume on and I'll be freaking out. *shudders* They always leave you feeling a mixture of exasperation at the idea of being so underprepared but also elated because you know there's still time to make it right! I can't believe it's nearly Autumn already..where did our summer go?

LOL I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who has those dreams. You know I thought i was crazy until i joined the forum. LOL

I have those kinda dreams too! LOL Had one a couple of weeks ago where it was suddenly Halloween night and I had NOTHING done! It felt like I was going to have a panic attack in my sleep lol. Also had one just the other night where I was decorating outside, putting the final touches on things (it was Halloween day) and suddenly, all of my decorations were like falling down and falling apart!

I feel your pain. I just had one of those myself. Those are probably the scariest dreams I have! Lol

I already have had two of these dreams. In one it was tot night and I hadn't bought any candy and made my sister go to the store to get some and we kept running out. The other one was it was Halloween and I never got decorated and I was running around trying to stuff put up before tot started. Oh and I had these before May!

Same here, have them almost every other month.

I usually only realize it's Halloween at dusk and I am franticly trying to set up as Thousands of kids are walking down the street towards my house!

I had the same freaking dream twice last week... Hate them!

Last night, just before I awoke I suffered "The Dream" again.

It was Halloween, and I had no decorations out. It was 7 pm, nearly TOTing hour, and I was scrambling to get what few half-finished and meagre props put up that I could, while experiencing this great frustration and panic. I yelled at my mother's SO to hurry, fetch the headstones and candles from the garden storage!! But he was being uncooperative. :/

Gah. Hate these dreams.
