They had all their windows decorated by cutting not silhouettes but instead slits for their scenes/designs like carving a jack-o-lantern and then lit from inside. If I remember right, it was part of one of those "top 10 decorations" type things and included that one house that just uses tons of carved jack-o-lanterns. Afraid that's all I remember. Was trying to find the picture again, and also see what they said they used to cover the windows and cut designs in.

I think it was a slideshow of houses from the outside, and this description was a "simple" one, and showed the house from the outside and they had some sort of covering in every window with lots of designs cut as slits with a simply light from behind by turning on your lights. So it didn't really have images, per say, on the windows, it was more like turning every window into a jack-o-lantern carving. Kind of the inverse of using shadow cutouts and lighting them, as your images are actually the light part instead of the dark.
I REALLY should have bookmarked it but failed to do so.
