    Sometimes we've walked into local gift shops and craft shows/stores and found stuff a lot cooler than from the major retail stores. Often there are items that I never saw elsewhere. Some can be from a local craftsman, but others I've found online. Has anyone run into the same? And if so, maybe post pictures of some of these more unique items. I alway liked Halloween handmade ceramic houses. We have a two-piece which includes a haunted barn and a section which goes in front. Really cool. Also, a whole series of pumpkin candles, which are called Grubby I believe. I've actually found some of these online, but not the one which is large and holds 3 votives inside it. Never seen it since...If I can figure out how to post pictures, I'll upload it.

    If you like ceramic things, you can get some really nice ones to paint yourself by visiting your local ceramic shops. If you're willing to pay a bit more, they'll usually even order the mold if you find one you want (provided they think they can sell more of them than to just you).
