Greetings all,

Does anyone know any good magazines that print horror or Halloween themed stories? It doesn't have to be just stories, maybe poems too?

This has a small review section of some magazines, if anyone else is interested. I'm going to try to order a couple off the internet and see if they are any good.

CEMETERY DANCE does a Halloween special every few years. I forget which issue was the last, but I wrote a column in it called "Harvesting Halloween Fiction." I have a few threads over in the literature section where I plug several of my books which are Halloween themed, especially the first one below called A HAUNTED HALLOWEEN which was released last year from Dark Regions Press, a collection of short stories. Other than that, once in a while a small press magazine will run a Halloween special edition, but off the top of my head I can't recall any. If I do, I'll post. I don't think DARK WISDOM has done any, and I have stories in two of their issues. They now publish as a yearly anthology, but that might be on hiatus. I was in their last one as well, along with Peter Straub. DARK DISCOVERIES is a very nicely done horror magazine, and so is INHUMAN, this one focusing on creature and monster type of stories. Both highly recommended.
