    Ok, so I did not know what else to call it, so I am calling it shtuff. I was looking for something to put on a foam piece I am working on to give it a nice smooth finish when it dawned on me. I have used this stuff (or shtuff) before as a Christmas project. Mix equal parts school glue with shaving cream. (I use a tad more of the glue) It dries like hard puffy paint. With a little more glue than shaving cream, it runs a little more so you can dip or let drip and get a smoother finish. It is paintable after it dries. Just a thought.

    you have a picture of some project with this "shtuff" on it? Does it hold up well in weather, or has it been weather tested?

    I actually looked for a good picture, unfortunately Googling it only gave me preschool craft pictures. It has been a few years, but when I made it, we dipped the Styrofoam balls in it and stacked them and it dried hard and smooth. I know white glue dries hard, but I don't know about weather testing it. I do not know if I would not use it large scale.

    I made a quick batch and played with it on a pvc candle stump. I will do it in layers next time and let dry between, but you get the idea of what it looks like;

    Whatever shaving cream dollar tree has! School glue is like a quarter at some back to school sales too!
