Another Spooky Town question! HELP!

I dont know much about Spooky Town, but I think I recently ran into anotehr great deal. Some guy wants to sell me a 44 peice Spooky Town collection for $350 bucks. Many of the pieces are retired and some unopened. I can list the pieces and hopefully someone can tell me if its a good deal, I dont know if Im going to use them or maybe resell them. The retail price was over $1000, so if someone with some knowledge can help Id appreciate it! Here are the pieces.

Thats an absolute steal. If you want to start a collection for $350 thats completely worth it.

Think of most houses from $45-75 and some of the moving things about $100. Then add up what it would cost you to buy them new or individually. If I had that kind of cash, I would have grabbed it then and there.
