Why does any haunted house name have to be like "Scare Factory" or "The Haunted Barn" or "The Torture Chamber".

Can a person not have a haunted house called "The Haunted House of Springfield" or "The Haunted House of (insert your town here)"? Seems like having the name of your town in your title more easily identifies your location locally. Sometimes I hear a haunted house name and have no idea where its at or where to search. Having a title this way may seem to give it a little bit more of an official standing than something named otherwise. Honestly I couldn't think of a name for my haunted house that I started last year so I went with the "Haunted House of ... " bit. It seemed a simple and easy way to go.

Mine is "Las Killinas Cemetary" as I reside in a community named "Las Colinas" which means "The Hills" in spanish.
