Hey guys, I am pretty much done with my trash can trauma prop, it should be done sometime tomorrow. I programmed my controller and finally got the cylinder working. Anyways, I was thinking of building a crude version of a gallows stand, and am wondering how I could make the feet kick on a torso using an air compressor.

Do a search on Hangman or Hanging. There have been dozens of great props built over the years.
