    If I could afford an iron cemetary fence around the property and didn't have to use my own wood-and-plastic-and-styrofoam version, I might be able to get the size of the bin down to the 80 gallon size. In it would be lighting, fog machine, fog juice, cemetary stones, and cobweb material.

    If you have the costumes, you could easily store enough PVC and fittings to make some creatures for your haunt. Add a skull or mask and you're done. Use screws instead of glue to secure the fittings and they'll break down for storage. I would have one at the door with a talking skull and soundtrack to greet the TOT's when they come for their candy.
