Thread: who has the reaper type guy holding a "rules" sign in front of their haurnt

I just saw this and now cant find it, I want to make something similar but want to look at it again. It is a what looks to be a big reaper, his head is down and he has skeletal hands holding the sign which is almost as tall as him and it says something like dont touch anything and you won't be touched. Thanks so much, tried search but I guess I am putting the wrong words in it.
I love the saying "when pumpkins smile and scarecrows scream, then my friend it's Halloween" and I want to put it on something and I think this may be a great fit.

Thanks, that is the same kind I saw except the guy is just in a regular robe instead of a monster mud type reaper. Thanks so much, that way I can have a visual to try and make something.
