Thread: Do you have your Halloween items out yet?!!!

How many of you have already started calling around to various stores asking about Halloween items? I started the day after the fourth of July. I think if funny when people can tell its "YOU" that was calling huh...

I haven't gotten anything out yet or called stores, but I am starting to see things in the stores!!

I always know that after the 4th comes the fall decor in most stores. What makes me sad is along with Halloween comes Christmas decor as well. Christmas in July people come on, slow it down a bit.

I have some of the stuff out that I've acquired since last year. Some made it into a box in the garage - but some has not!

I just hope I find all the random boxes out there when it comes time !!

I have not seen much yet. Just the online stuff.

I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday and the store is slap full of Christmas decor. The only thing they don't have are trees, yet, lol.

They've went overboard and only have about 4 aisles of Fall stuff. It's crazy!! You have 6 months to figure out your new Christmas decor.

I have piles of paper mache'd objects that are gaining height and girth in my garage. Does that count? Now that I think of it, I have a few Halloween things out for reference.

I don't have any items out yet, but I did test a few strands of lights and of course I order Halloween items all the time off EBAY this time of year ! lol

I'm not checking around this year because I am determined to have a "no buy" Halloween season. My plan is to tweak and rearrange what I already have to make it all seem new again. My attic is just too full as it is. It's a good plan. We'll see if I actually follow through...

No, I don't have anything out yet. I always have a jacko lantern guy out and my Elvira statue. I am trying to avoid watching movies/specials etc so I don't get early burn out and can enjoy the month of October more this year. Last year I got eager and watched everything in August. Once October came I had already watched everything.... I am going to try to be good and DO more and watch more this year.
