OK, this probably won't be considered odd to anyone else but me lol. One year I decided to have a disco themed halloween party. I decorated my garage into a make shift disco, complete with strobe lights, colored lights and of course the rotating mirrored disco ball. I only invited a handful of my close friends. I thought it would be fun for my guests to do/learn The Hustle dance, a couple of nights before my party, around 10:00 at night, I decided I would practice my dance, (I'm not very good at it either lol) So I'm in the garage practicing about 10 minutes, had my cell phone in my pocket and it rings, I never receive calls that late at night, didnt recognize the number, I believe it was an out of state number, I answered and this woman says "is this something another(didnt understand her) DANCE STUDIO? " I was kinda taken back and said excuse me? and she repeated, after telling her she had the wrong number and hung up, I really felt like I was being watched. I live in the country, fairly secluded, our only outside lighting is our porch lights which were off, it was completely dark out, theres a wooded hill beside our house which our garage wall window faces. I kept looking over my shoulder, I know there shouldnt have been anyone there, if so our dogs would have been barking. I know it was a coincidence but still it kinda creeped me out.

That's a great story - kind of reminds me of the ol' "The call is coming from YOUR HOUSE! RUN!!!" story.
    Definitely a creepy coincidence.
I've got to think about this...but nothing too odd is coming to me...

Whoa, bit creepy there 8O My dad lives in the country and when I used to visit him, I was convinced SOMETHING had to be in the thick trees around the house!

Hmm, my experience isn't really that odd, but me and my two friends had a freak out moment. It was last year and we were trick-or-treating together for the first time. There was a house we passed by, which wasn't really decorated but we thought we'd try anyway. We saw an old woman through the second story window but she never answered. We got immature and pretended to wreck her perfectly trim bushes. In the middle of it, my friend, dressed as Snow White, had pulled out a whole section of the bush that we didn't realize was loose. Me and my friends stared at it then laughed, leaving the bush branch on her doorstep and running away before the old woman could catch us.

We came to a cul-de-sac where a dark, unkempt house surrounded by broken wood. I paused before it because I'm Halloween-mushy that way and I told my friends we should wait to see if we spot a ghost in the shadowed windows. My friends got impatient so we left after a minute or two. As we did, on the sidewalk beside the dark house was a branch. Snow White picked it up and said it looked like mini broomstick because the leaves were on one end. Then my other friend, a witch, freaked because she noticed it looked like the branch Snow White had pulled from the old woman's bush. I teased Snow White, saying it was karma for leaving it on her doorstep. We thought to go back and check her doorstep but I thought the better of it, not wanting to know the truth. We waved the branch about like a trophy the rest of the night xD
"Oh, you're here, you're here! Drop by and see it. Come by, come by to the Dark Woods Circus!"

This isn't so much of an experience but I did have something strange happen with my photos.

I take a lot of pictures on Halloween night, inside and outside, of my kids, displays, etc. Two Halloween's ago, I was going through all of the digital pictures from the night and upon looking at them, I realized that the pictures that my husband had taken outside of my house AND ONLY pictures that included me had orbs in them. One picture where I'm by myself had TONS!

If you don't know what orbs are - supposedly they are spirits that are in the shape of a translucent round white ball. Some people dismiss them as dust but being a believer of the supernatural, I think otherwise. And, considering I took a lot of pictures that night, I find it weird that they only appeared in pictures outside of my house and only in pictures where I was present.
    Is it Halloween yet?

I take a strong interest into the paranormal, and orbs in my book are very finicky. I believe they are just dust, however some are very unique to the case. The only thing I have to say is if you have paranormal events around you and your never feeling threatened. Consider it a good thing, me and my family have seen and heard things in our house. I'm the only person who seems to be not threatened and almost get a warming feeling from it. The way I look at it is someone or something is watching out for you, look at it in a positive way.

    Back on topic:

Our town had a very large piece of space debris enter the atmosphere above us on halloween day a few years back. It was known as the flying witch to alot of people that saw it. Kinda cool

Another story is the little girls across from my buddies house. My buddy used to live in a neighborhood that was next to a farm and public hunting land. They farmer grew wheat in the field and you could see clear into the field from the house. Halloween night we had a bonfire in a firebowl in his driveway. At around 2am we heard kids laughing, and looked around thinking some one was TPing a house. When we looked into the field we saw kids in old 1800's style night gowns running through the wheat and vanish. Later the next day, my buddies gf said she had seen them before but never told anyone. My group of friends is constantly experiencing this stuff, we are like magnets for it.
We stopped checking for monsters under our beds when we realized they were inside of us

I haven't had alot of orbs show in my pics, but I have noticed when I do have, they are most always in the pictures of my youngest daughter, just right above her. After we dug our basement and were framing up the rooms, I took alot of digital pics, one had orbs everywhere, most likely dust particals. I uploaded my pics to my computer and enlarged a couple of the orbs. One, to me looked like a wedding couple, probably 1800's. another looked like a creepy face. No one else can see them and they just think I'm goofy lol. I printed off a copy of the wedding couple, that I still have somewhere, but my computer crashed and I lost my other pics

Last Halloween, my step-dad was out prowling around the edge of our yard, in costume. Earlier, we had seen a suspicious looking man in costume. He had been dressed in a black leather trench coat, fedora, black boots, and a bright red plastic skull mask. We had seen him just watching the haunt, not doing anything... anyway, my step-dad's looking for people to scare, when all of a sudden, the masked man appeared, clapped my step-dad on the shoulder, and said, cheerfully, "Ben - I want your head", and took off running! We have no clue who he was, or how he knew my step-dad's name. Spooky...
