    it was just regular painters thick plastic.. so i am not sure. we are going to make sure we have insurance this year for sure!! i just didn't like not having it. i think it is very inportant

    Congrats on your haunt. Nothing like having your own haunt and scaring the bejeebers out of people. Like what was said before, keep what you had that worked well and try some new things for the areas that were not so good. I wish you great luck with your next one.

    very true, you can never be too safe --- even this year there was a haunt that burned down and i heard they didn't have insurance. huge loss. always better safe than sorry in this business.

    let's just say statistically you can make incidents be 0.002% of your customers, seems like a low enough number, but that means every 1000 people, you're still going to have 2 incidents. So as your numbers get larger, you're more likely to have something happen so it's good to always be prepared.

    also, some insurance companies who take on haunts will also be looking at the materials you're using to build it.
