I don't think I'll ever buy the witch, though, because virtually everyone has her. I try to get things that aren't the most well-known store props.

Last year Target had a ghost that rose up and started moaning for about 100bucks.
I was waiting for it to go on sale but they ran out and never restocked.
It was pretty basic but what I liked best about it was the volume.
It was LOUD!
I haven't seen it anywhere else though.

These dummies are very cool, but for the cost I'll continue to take the time to contruct my own. I would rethink it if they were waterproof though.
I construct mine from the cheap pillows at Wal*mart. they use to be $2.50 each, but I think they were $3.00 last year. I use 4 &1/2 pillows to make my dummies. Two for the torso loosely hand stitched together. one for each leg. I cut the ones for the legs in half long way, then use stitch witchery to closed the seam back up. I used a wire hanger in the calf/foot part of the leg to hold a bend for the foot witha couple of hand stitches to hold it in place. I use safety pins to hold the joints together. I use half the stuffing from a fifth pillow for the arms. I use various different things for the arms and hands, pantyhose, gloves, monster hands, etc. Then top it off with a wighead.
I don't have any pics of naked dummies, but here are a couple in costume.

Looks like Walmart.com has the animated life size Freddy Krueger by Gemmy. Just thought I would share if anyone is interested.

i purchased one quite a few years ago. it was real handy, but...i had it in my basement a couple of years ago, and when i took the clothes off to change it, the clothes were fine, but the material on the mannequin itsself had mildewed quite badly. i took it to the dry cleaners but they said because of the stuffing there was nothing they could do. right now i have it sitting in a bright window hoping maybe the sun will kill the mildew and whiten back up the material. but sun also plays havok on material. it was very useable but expensive so i hate that it might not be of use anymore. i had always been so careful to keep it nice, had no idea it would be damp in my basement like that. bummed

Be on the lookout on Wal-Mart's website! It seems most of the Halloween decorations have disappeared from their site...
Maybe they're setting aside a new spot for the Halloween stuff?NEW FOR 2012 in Butler County, PA ~ AT WORLD'S END 2012 ~ Ghastly scores of Cobham Manor's history will be exposed...sleep tight, cherubs...
