Saw someone getting rid of a bunch of x-mas and halloween decor (they were moving from a house to an apartment) and for $30, I got an entire truck bed full of stuff... most of it was either x-mas or too cutsy halloween and we'll be donating that stuff. BUT I scored a few amazing things:
These are not my blow molds - found the pics out on the web, but these are the exact blow molds I received. Pretty cool!
Also got something totally unexpected and had to explain to the hubby why this was soooo cool. A 2 foot Douglas Fir singing tree! I am totally thrilled and started looking through the talking tombstone tutorials and I'm so excited!
I also got a 2 foot high plastic cauldron, large 2-D plastic skeleton hanger with light-up eyes, strings of JoL lights, some unopened x-mas icicle lights and about 10 red candy cane lights, and some smaller knick knacks like candle holders, a paper mache pumpkin, 3d puzzle of a haunted house, etc...
Not bad for the money!

Same here, I check every other day or so but no luck. Not even near Halloween.

Nice! I've been trying to get in touch with a guy who selling his entire collection in my area. He finally got back to me today since his original buyer is giving him the run around. Hopefully things will work out and I'll have tons of new toys to play with.
