how are you guys doing with the fact that halloween is still over two hundred days away? I am trying to save as much money as i can, and im thinking of how i can make some props.

I'm mapping out which banks to rob first! I'll plan my Halloween setup once I know I have enough funds!

I am with you here. although... funds lacking and still looking for job while planning and plotting my Halloween theme. hehehehehehhehehehehee

Oh no you didn't!... Lol! Had to be reminded of the countdown as if it isn't enough having a constant reminder on the mainpage...

Its gonna be a little tighter budget this year but we will make due!

i am trying to make room for more......i need a BIG shed.....or a bigger house....neither are happening anytime soon

Well I came to the decision to downscale what all I had planned. lol I'm scrubbing the Witches hut and just get a fcg for my crypt I still plan on building this year. And that is because, I found plywood at Lowe's for about $8 a sheet for the really light thin stuff.

I have a small sheet of "to-do" things for this summer that need my attention before I decide to start anything new. Like fix my spiders legs (pvc breaks) get a trigger for my trash can trauma. Can't build the crypt until Sept since it can't sit in the drive and if I built it on-site it would kill our grass.

I am searching for costume ideas/thinking of ways to put costumes together.

Also made a list of items I need for decorating, which I keep on the bookshelf so I can add to it when I think of something new.

Still a long way to go, but for now I'm handling it well.

I started in January putting in new songs and custom greetings into my skulltronix. Have been working overtime and am now ready to start building my new cemetery fence columns. I am also going to finish building my demon hole prop that I ran out of time on last year. I also have A hangman prop that I will build this year. I have the same problem of just not having enough room to build all the stuff I would really like to. I am also working on a bunch of new stand alone lights to provide better lighting.

Haven't built anything and haven't got any firm plans in place for this year yet.

Most likely I'm either changing up my display or really simplifying it. Haven't decided so that is mostly what I'm doing now is thinking.

I do know that on my "to do" list is go through my props and get rid of things I know I'm never going to use.
