Abe Lincoln slept there? Some old Highwayman hung there?
UFOs seen there? Lover's Lane Nearby? Granny's Bootlegging Still?
The Old Hang'n Tree? The old Full-Attack Rose Bush? (My Mother had them, caught every stray pitch and exacted a price for ball-return, usually on the forearm)
"Big old house"? Apartments let.. to unsavory characters?
