Every year it seems like the vast majority of us have concerns about what the weather will be like leading up and including halloween night. I was wondering if anyone out there was lucky enough to live in an area where the weather has been ideal year after year. Who are those lucky stiffs among us?!

Not ideal/perfect but I beieve it has only rained twice in the last 10 years and even then not more than a drizzle. We've had some windy ones that could hasve caused problems but it has always seemed to die down enough as to be manageable. I consider myself very lucky as far weather goes, but also know it can be ugly around here in October.
Americans sleep peacefully in their beds at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

It's always eratic and random here. And never trust the weather man, they are mostly always wrong. October is the most windy time of the year too for us.

Not perfect "autumn" weather, maybe, but definitely perfect haunt weather. At the end of October, it's usually somewhere in the mid-70s (though it still goes up from there once in a while) and then as evening begins to fall, it cools from there, as is normal for this area (cooler at night than at mid-day).
So on H'ween night, it's just getting a tad chilly as TOTers come around...yet it's warm enough that they can wear their cutest TOT outfits, and no, it never rains. So far!

Been so afraid to respond to this post 'cause don't want to jinx our luck. Other than windy here and there, it's been really good here in Kansas. The day we looked at buying the house was Halloween night and was raining cats and dogs. But, since we've moved in.... can't complain about the weather.

It's been pretty good come to think of it down here in so cal. no rain or anything. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this year though.

Just to see the "Colors" here in this area in the fall.
One Halloween it snowed, right on cue as some celebritys were being shown exiting the house, microphones picking up what they said:"When we came in it was fall, when we leave it's winter!?"? I stood there and said, "It's just a special effect!"
Mid-Oct. the leaves leave the vine around the house it becomes veins or arteries circleing the place, usually lots of leaves to walk through "rustle, rustle!"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"
