Where I work we have something shipped to us that is packed in 1" thick pink foam to protect it from damage. I have been saving the pieces for awhile now trying to figure out what to do with them. They are all about 10x10 & 8 x 16. They are a bit too small as tombstones by them self. I'll do a couple of the bigger ones as tombstones just not sure what to do with it.

I sure don't want to see it go to waste it's free to me & I get about 10 to 20 pieces of it every couple weeks. Just have not found the correct application for it yet.

What are your suggestions? I'm drawing a blank.

    Thanks for your help.

Glue them to plywood for a facade you can carve on.

Diggin' the arch as well. Use the smaller styrofoam to make letter stencils to spray over for tombstones. Obviously you won't get the detail as engraving would, but for simple RIP's and cross shapes. Or use them to add cobblestones to add to the gravestones. Glue pieces together to make them thicker to craft shapes out of for fire pit remains. Also the styrofoam will melt under solvents or oil base paints, as found in many aerosol spray paint bombs. Other than that, I can't think of anything off the top of my head for now.

I plan this year to make a facade for the first time! I made coffins with long styrofoam boards too.
