Thread: Thank god for playing TETRIS, finally finished storing everything!

I manage to fit everything in about 25 boxes and 3 garbage bags. It was like playing tetris! Of course, this doesn't count all the tombstones, scarecrows and other thing we manage to cram in the garage upper deck.

Man, what happen if I get other great hits like I did last summer? (I manage to score 3 times some great hauls!).

Of course, my wife might kill me! (L).

the only prop standing is my new witch that we put a garbage bag over her , in the freezer room (why the bag? because my wife is very jumpy!). Of course, I removed the bag for now! (L).

Nicely done! I just packed everything a few weeks ago (when I had visitors I had to make the house look Christmas-y for) and I absolutely heard the Tetris theme song/music in my head as I... Tetrised.

And who said video games wouldn't help you in life?

HaHa! I am such a "tetris packer" that is hysterical! Never realized it before!
Even the Christmas stuff I find myself "fitting" the Hallmark ornament boxes back and forth in the bin so they all end up with a kind of level top to place the bulb shelf on.
WOW! That is FREAKY!

(and I shoved the Halloween stuff out onto the back porch to get ready for the in-laws visit, plus I have 3 skeletons on the back patio, all waiting to go to the storage unit. )

tetris, thats a fun game. and i guess i'm a tetris packer too. hey, you need to get after christmas some of those tree bags on sale to slip over your witch. or for $0.50 you can buy big dry cleaners bags. and if you send me that crawling donna, you'd have room for more. i love her. and i bet it's a riot when people open a door to find you have a skeleton in your closet.

LOL I guess I'm a tetris!packer too. I fight between putting things that I display together versus just getting everything put away somewhere. Well done. And that witch is hilariouse - you should work her into your display next year (kind of like the jokey witch-hits-a-tree decor, only its bagged-a-witch or something like that!)

Well Dang, i am not tetris packer. I use totes to store everything and put them up in the attic. Then it get piled on when I run out of totes and retort to using trash bags.

thats cool, a lot of work getting everything to fit sometimes. I myself just cant put them all away loll I have to leave a few in my room all year. I say ok im going to put them all away and then there is always about 5 or 6 in my room year round
