    Hi all,

I am looking for a cheap and easy way to trigger a sound effect for a prop. This year I used the continual loop with a set of powered speaker that would I have triggered to come on and off. This worked well but still was not what I wanted. I have looked at the idea of using an MP3 player and wiring the play button. Most of the MP3 players I am finding do not have the play button in such a manner that this can be easily done. I have also looked at some of the sound modules specifically built for Halloween but they all seem to have to be triggered from a controller of less then 110v. The controllers I am using are all 110v. Anybody have any suggestions or solutions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

radioshack has these 20 second recorder pieces and you can just wire that to a sensor or something..

i use pico boo controllers because they give you sound and animation but that is not th cheap route..

just remeber if you want the cheap solution your going to get the cheap stuff if you want an expensive solution yull get quality stuff...
