Thread: LLC vs S Corp?

I'm just looking for a few examples of advantages of an S-Corp vs an LLC (both Tax and legalities), believe only benefit would be Tax wise. I know each state differs but, in general, should be some common benefits. The planned haunt will be from a leased building... if you don't want to make it public please pm me as I'm stuck on this issue at the moment.... sure appreciate any advice !

If it is going to be a long term business in a single location, sub-S is better. Renting and a temp then LLC. I own a business and I'm a Sub-S, happy with it.
