My first project for 2011 will be a Halloween count-down clock if I can snag one of the Christmas clocks at Walgreen's next week. I would love to see your count-down clocks for inspiration.

Nice pick up there for the price (still expensive, but much better at 50% off). Here's a link to a countdown clock idea that Empty W had a while ago:

So where did you find your clock?
So many ideas....Too little storage space

Got it at Walgreen's.
Ghost of Spookie, yes it was a little pricey even at 50% off but, I wanted this sucker because It's big and I also like the Snoopy for Christmas. Going to hack it so the clock will slide into a Halloween frame and back into the Christmas frame easily. Thanks for the clock pic.

I'm thinking a tombstone but, damn that is so predictable I would love a more unique idea.

You know I read The Man's latest post and scratched my head thinking "what would have a display of date and time on it?". Love your suggestion Empty W. Obviously your crystal ball idea could be applied towards carnival fortune tellers too. If you were doing a monster lab facade or an alien space ship theme I suppose you could incorporate a panel showing the info as part of a experiment timer or blast off timer. Best I can come up with right now. Not much is coming to mind.
