My wife and I attended the Kennedy-Krieger Institute Festival of Trees held in Timonium, MD over Thanksgiving week-end. We were thrilled to see 2 Halloween-themed trees, and a few spook-inspired gingerbread houses. I'll try to post images...

They had about 5 Halloween themed entries at our Festival of Trees. There was also a life sized Jack and Sally

I too would feel the same! I have a small halloween xmas tree in my computer room on the top shelf of my desk. It currently has xmas ornaments on it. I snapped some pics which are shown below.

A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

A friend of mine bought one of those pre-lit black trees and decorated it Halloween style in an extra room this year.

ter ran, that little tree is adorable. it's as cute not lit up as lit up. chris, i'm gonna love your pics. i can't wait. i buy after christmas, goodwill, and garage sale trees and use them in my haunted house. i buy different colored ones. the kids love it.

i did a western theme this year, and here are my woods

here's a close up of some of the trees with my ghost deer

and last year i did a hansel and gretal theme, and here is a small section of my woods

i know there are a few colors i have seen i would love to get my hands on. a deep purple, a lime green, and a silver tinsel. and i heard there is an orange tree

next year i'm going to do an adams family/munsters style christmas theme for my haunt. i'll be using the trees again. they really come in handy

I never thought of going to yard sales for old trees, but that's a good idea. I need to get some tree to stick in the yard for my lightorama..
